Making a Booking

To check availability and to book a course, simply call us on 0800 043 3405, or fill in your details on the enquiry page and we will contact you directly. The number of students on each course is limited to maximise your time with the trainer and places are allocated on a first come first served basis. If your preferred date is fully booked we will discuss alternative dates with you.

Once availability has been confirmed you can secure your place by contacting us with your name, home address, telephone number, email address and preferred payment method or gift voucher number. We will then process the payment and confirm your booking.

Price

We endeavour to keep our prices as low as possible and due to this the price will vary per course and location. Please check the course details for the exact price.

Payment

We accept cheques, bank transfers, PayPal and most major credits cards. When contacting the studio please specify your preferred payment method so that the necessary arrangements can be made. Upon receipt of payment a confirmation letter and full course details will be sent to you by email and in the post. Payment is not taken until you confirm the booking.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend a course, we will refund the full amount (less any credit card fees) up to 6 weeks before the course start date. If you find you are unable to attend within 6 weeks of the course start date we will be happy to help with finding an alternative date, but unfortunately if your initial place can not be filled we can not make a refund. Should a suitable replacement be found we will refund the cost of the course (less any credit card fees) once payment from your replacement has been received.
