Along the way there are plenty of handy tips and tricks which will help you put all of this knowledge in to practice. The course is intense, but with two practical sessions you can practice and discuss techniques in the field.
Who Is The Course Aimed At?
Digital Photography For Beginners is aimed at people who are picking up a DSLR or advanced compact camera for the first time, or for those who have been taking photographs for a while but can't seem to get their heads around their f-stops and shutter speeds (if you're not sure your compact camera is suitable please get in touch). We keep it simple, demystifying the technical jargon so you can focus on using your camera to take fantastic photographs. If you are a first time user, or a returning enthusiast, this could be the course for you.
Below you will find an overview of the course contents. If you have a specific question or would like more information please get in touch.
Why 2 days?
Learning new skills or building upon existing skills is much easier when learnt within context and then put in to practice.
Each day time is taken to apply the theory that you have learnt in order to develop your skills. Courses are run at an optimum student to trainer ratio allowing Stewart to spend plenty of time with each person on a one-to-one basis.
After each practical session you will have the opportunity to download your images on to a computer for review, advice and tips. Each practical session is designed to build upon the knowledge learnt in the classroom to aid learning and understanding.
